By ordering a Custom Card, you hereby represent and warrant that you are the copyright owner of any photographs submitted and that you have all necessary permissions to reproduce the people and images within the photograph. Use of copyrighted images or third party trademarks including but not limited to those of MLB, MLS, NBA, NFL, NHL, and NCAA players is prohibited. Hits Memorabilia LLC, has the right to reject any custom cards due to, but not limited to images, and subject matter. Please ensure all spelling is correct before submitting an order, as we will just be copying and pasting information from text boxes. Please note some fonts we use only have uppercase characters, so your text may be converted to all capitals. Due to differences between monitor settings and printing processes, some colors of designs may vary slightly. If sending memorabilia, please ensure you are not sending undergarments, items that have a strong odor, or any other questionable materials. If you have any questions about an item please ask before sending, as we have the right to reject and discard any items sent to us, and your order will be canceled.
